Introduction to regulated debt advice
CLB Direct Limited does not make introductions to firms offering IVA, debt management or other debt advice services. We do not make introduction to any regulated firm and do not receive a fee or other incentive for any introduction or recommendation.
We are not an introducer firm or an intermediary of any authorised firm.
When we will accept an instruction
Our work is dedicated towards legal advice about your rights. Any information on this site does not represent an offer, and we are not obliged to accept any instruction.
If you make an enquiry to us, your case will be assessed for suitability before a decision is made about whether we are capable of accepting an instruction. We will ask for information about your circumstance in order for us to make that assessment.
We will only work for you if we believe it is likely to be in your best interests and that we are qualified to work for you. The company has no obligation to any individual who is not a client.
If we are not able to accept an instruction from you, we will do our best to inform you without unreasonable delay. We will explain our reasons for that decision and pass on the contact details of any not-for-profit agencies who may be able to help.

Although CLB Direct Limited is not regulated by any professional body, we follow the FCA’s Principles for Business, and fully support their values.
We will always act fairly, transparently and with integrity. We have a responsible governance structure to ensure that these values are upheld at all times and that there are adequate risk management controls in place to protect our clients and stakeholders.
Regulatory status
CLB Direct Limited does not conduct any regulated activity, including regulated debt advice, claims management services, debt management or debt negotiating. We do not conduct any reserved legal activities and do not hold any client money.
The legal advice that we give is unregulated. In the event that you require any regulated advice, we can make an introduction to a suitably qualified solicitor. The company will not receive a fee for that introduction.
If you need regulated debt or financial advice, we will recommend that you contact Step Change, which is a charity and will not charge you any fees.
The company is not responsible for the work or conduct of any other company or individual, regardless of how you are introduced to that company.
